These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of the subscription services (“Subscription Services”) offered in our applications (“Applications”) developed by SniperGuard LTD (“us”, “we”, “our”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Subscription Terms, you should not purchase a subscription.
1. Subscription Plans
We offer several subscription plans for our Subscription Services, including weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. By purchasing a subscription, you will have access to the features and benefits of the Subscription Services, as described in the relevant Application.
2. Billing and Payment
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method. All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information. If your payment information changes, you must update it promptly in the Application or notify us.
3. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided in the Application or by contacting us.
4. Free Trials
From time to time, we may offer free trials for our Subscription Services. If you sign up for a free trial, you will have access to the Subscription Services for the duration of the trial period. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees for our Subscription Services at any time. We will notify you of any price changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the beginning of these Terms and, if required by law, we will obtain your consent. If you do not agree with the price changes, you must cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, all subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, you will continue to have access to the Subscription Services until the end of the billing cycle, and your subscription will not be renewed.
7. Changes to Subscription Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Subscription Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. In the event of a material change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Subscription Services, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws.
