AI-Powered Features & Third-Party Services

Certain applications include features powered by third-party artificial intelligence (AI) services. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Data Transmission to AI Providers

When you use AI-powered features (such as chat assistants, content generation, translation, autocomplete, or document processing), the text, prompts, and content you submit will be transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing. These providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and others as identified in our Privacy Policy.

Consent Requirement

You will be asked to provide explicit consent before any of your data is sent to a third-party AI service. This consent will be requested within the application the first time you access AI-powered features. You may withdraw your consent at any time by discontinuing use of the AI features.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you submit to AI-powered features
• Do not submit sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, medical records, or government-issued identification numbers) to AI features unless the specific application is designed for that purpose
• You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or current, and should not be relied upon as professional advice

Responses generated by AI services are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. AI outputs do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.

User Accounts

Some of our applications may require you to create a user account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Payment Terms

Some of our applications may offer subscription-based services or in-app purchases. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms of service
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase

Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s refund policy.

• Use AI features to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Use automated systems or scripts to access AI features in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING AI-POWERED FEATURES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR APPLICATIONS WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SNIPERGUARD LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF OUR APPLICATIONS, INCLUDING DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SniperGuard LTD and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our applications, your violation of these Terms, or your use of AI-generated content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our applications after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
